With Ben, my search went from an agent pressuring me to an agent who wanted the best for me. We started our search Downtown looking at Condos. I was amazed at Ben’s expertise in the Condo market. Ben knew everything about every building and had contacts at each building which gave me an insider look at the building.As time went on, Ben suggested we start looking at homes in SW Minneapolis. I was hesitant but trusted Ben as he spent a great deal of time getting to know me and what I wanted. Sure enough Ben was right on in that SW Minneapolis fit my needs better than Downtown. Ben is very honest with all of his clients and speaks his mind. He is not afraid to point out the pros and cons of each house because he is more interested in your well being than the sale itself. In the end we found a home that I ended up buying. Ben’s knowledge of the market paid off when he was able to help negotiate a good price and walk me through the buying process.I would highly recommend Ben to anyone! He is very knowledgeable of the market and cares for the well being of his clients. Whatever works best for you, works just fine for Ben even if it means looking at a few houses at 7am before work!
